Description of Event:

  • Outdoor event at Greenbrier High School
  • Saturday, November 14, 2020; Time: 10:00-4:00
  • $2.00 Admission
  • The event this year is a fundraiser for the Greenbrier High School softball team. We are using this event to raise money for the softball building fund. Thank you so much for participating!

 

Bazaar Information & Requirements:

  • Booth Space Fees:
    • Parking Space $40
    • Double Space $60

    There will be no electricity this year outside. You will have to provide your own, if needed.

  • Payment is due with application. Application deadline is Friday, November 6, 2020. This is a juried event, first come, first serve.
  • Vendors must provide your own electricity, tent, tables, chairs, extension cords, power strips, and people to man your booth.
  • Vendor Check-In and Set Up:
  • Saturday, November 14th 7:00 am – 9:30 am
  • Booths must be completely set-up by 9:30 am on Saturday. All vendors are to remain open until 4:00 pm. There will be no early tear downs.
  • Vendors will have from 4:01-6:00 to pack up booth.
  • The vendor is responsible for leaving the vendor area in the condition it was originally received.
  • Vendors are also asked to donate at least 1 item to the Silent Auction. ($25 value)
  • All vendor fees are non-refundable. (Unless we cancel due to COVID Restrictions or weather)
  • All vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.
  • Vendor Registration Forms and money are due by November 6, 2020.
  • Make checks payable to Greenbrier High School.
  • Return completed forms to:
